1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed the next business day.

  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking details.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected shipping method.

  • We may offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders (if applicable, mention threshold here).


4. Signature Requirement

For security purposes:

  • Orders over $500 may require a signature upon delivery.

  • High-value watches may ship fully insured with mandatory signature confirmation.

This ensures your timepiece arrives safely.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Just In Time Watch Stores is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 5 business days.

  • Claims for damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of packaging and product.
